Whistleblower Reveals US UFO Program

A former Air Force intelligence officer, retired Maj. David Grusch, testified before Congress, stating that the U.S. is hiding a long-running program dedicated to retrieving and reverse engineering unidentified flying objects (UFOs) or "unidentified aerial phenomena" (UAPs). He revealed that in 2019, he was informed of a highly classified multi-decade UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering initiative, but he was denied access to it. Grusch suggested that the U.S. government has likely been aware of non-human activity, potentially related to extraterrestrial life, since the 1930s.

The Pentagon has denied Grusch's claims of a cover-up and stated that there is no verifiable evidence to support the existence of programs related to the possession or reverse-engineering of extraterrestrial materials. Grusch said he became a whistleblower and has faced retaliation for his disclosure, but he refrained from providing further details due to an ongoing investigation into the matter.
